Non-Refundable Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the selected event date and photo booth package. This deposit confirms the reservation and removes the date from availability for other clients. The deposit will be applied toward the total package price.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, weather conditions, no-show, venue issues, or circumstances beyond the control of either party. Once a booking is confirmed, planning, staffing, equipment allocation, and scheduling immediately begin.
The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event date, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Failure to remit the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.
The client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit represents liquidated damages, not a penalty, compensating the provider for lost business opportunities, preparation costs, and administrative time incurred by reserving the event date.
By submitting payment, the client confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these terms as outlined in the booking listing and corresponding service contract.
Photo Booth Rental Agreement
This Photo Booth Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Provider and Client listed below. This Agreement is intended to be comprehensive and legally binding, protecting the Provider’s time, equipment, and business operations.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Includes photo booth unit, lighting equipment, iPad, power cables, power jacks, backdrop screen and stand, props, and table. Delivery, setup, supervision, breakdown, and removal included. Rental time limited to three (3) hours unless extended.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit is required. Remaining balance due 24 hours prior to event.
OVERTIME FEES
Overtime billed at $75 per 30 minute increment. Verbal authorization accepted. Provider may deny overtime.
PAYMENT ON SITE POLICY
All overtime and additional charges are due on site via approved payment methods. Unpaid balances may be invoiced and are due within 24 hours.
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT VALUE
All equipment is valued at full replacement cost, no depreciation. Photo Booth System: $3000 | iPad System: $1500 |Lighting: $500 | Power: $350 | Backdrop: $500 | Props: $250| Table: $175
INJURY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Provider is not responsible for injury due to improper use, intoxication, or any use whatsoever. Client assumes all risk and indemnifies Provider.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws selected by Provider.
